Bayer to set up 250,000 tpa TDI plant in Shanghai as a part of its integrated site plan

Bayer, a German firm operating businesses in chemicals, drugs and agrochemicals has come to a decision of building a toluene diisocyanate (TDI) plant in Shanghai this year, affirming its commitment too the world's biggest market.
