Mexican conglomerate Alfa vying for Ethylene XXI petrochemicals project

Mexicos' federal government has developed the Ethylene XXI project, estimated to require an investment outlay of US$2.5-3 bln, as part of its plans to improve the viability of the petrochemicals indusstry, in particular the ethane-ethylene-polyethylene chain.
