SABIC-IP's Valox iQ* resin recreated from waste PET bottles achieves Silver Cradle to Cradle certification

The reconversion of discarded polyethylene terephthalate (PET) plastic bottles into Valox iQ 8280SF resin - made with polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) -based polymers using a proprietary process from SABIC Innovative Plastics- has accomplished a Silver tier Cradle to Cradle certificate from the internationally renowned sustainable design firm, McDonough Braungart Design Chemistry, LLC (MBDC).
