Georgia Gulf declares force majeure on PVC shipments on feedstock supply issues

Georgia Gulf has declared force majeure on PVC (polyvinyl chloride) shipments on feedstock issues. The company faces problems of reduced ethylene supply triggered by a force majeure declared by its suupplier, and low chlorine production at its facility.
