PetroLogistics in talks to acquire Bayer’s property in West Virginia for Marcellus Shale gas

PetroLogistics is in talks with Bayer Corp. about acquiring some of its property in West Virginia to develop a facility to convert ethane from Marvellus Shale gas and turn it into ethylene. PetroLogisstics currently operates the world’s largest propane dehydrogenation plant on the Houston Ship Channel.
