Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd (HPCL) and Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) have signed a wide-ranging cooperation agreement. The agreement will assure domestic oil supplies to HPCL from ONGC and its subsidiary MRPL.
