Saudi Arabia plans to set up a 250,000 metric ton capacity acrylic acid and related esters plant - the first of its kind in the Middle East. An investment outlay of SR2.6 bln is planned in The Saudi AAcrylic Monomers Company, to be a joint-venture that will commence operation in 2011.
