The Saudi Arabian Oil Company (Saudi Aramco) and Total have signed the Shareholders Agreement and other core agreements for the establishment of their joint venture, the Jubail Refining and Petrochemiical Company : a 400,000 bpd world-class, full-conversion refinery.
