Haldia-based Indian PET maker, South Asian Petrochem Ltd (SAPL) has announced a formation of a license agreement with Japanese firm, Asahi Kasei Chemicals Corporation (AKC) to build a polycarbonate maanufacturing plant incorporating AKC's environment friendly green technology.
