Ineos Vinyls Italia, a subsidiary of UK based Ineos, has yet again deferred a decision on the future of PVC production at Porto Marghera, Italy. On 29 July, the board of directors arrived at a decisioon to continue tight lipped until end of Q3, following deliberations with other parties.
