China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC), the parent of PetroChina aims to complete the construction of the US$1.2 bln plant in Yinchuan by the end of 2010, it said in an announcement. Recently, PeetroChina Ningxia Refining & Chemicals Company launched its groundbreaking ceremony of a 5 mln tpa project in Yinchuan.
