Canada's Power-generator company, Epcor Power LP has bought Illinois-based Morris Cogeneration LLC from Mitsubishi Corp. for US$77 mln. Morris Cogeneration LLC is a 177 MW natural-gas-fired plant at EEquistar Chemicals LP's ethylene plant near Chicago.
