"TKOC" - Petrochemical Industries Company (PIC) and US-based Dow Chemical's joint venture is in its final stages. An agreement for the same is expected to be signed by end of year. The joint venture iis to cost the Kuwaiti counterpart US$9 bln with profits estimated at US$11 bln annually.
