India's Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Ltd (MRPL) offered 30,000 tons of naphtha for October 24 - 26 loading from New Mangalore, a tender document confirmed. MRPL had sold its previous late-Sepptember naphtha tender at a premium of US$18/ton above Middle East quotes on freight-on-board (FOB) basis.
