Samsung Petrochemicals has commenced a regular maintenance turnaround at its 700,000 tpa PTA plant at Daesan. The PTA plant of Samsung Petrochemicals is operating at 75% capacity levels and is expecteed to resume full operations shortly, though final date of restart is still undecided.
