Saudi Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC) and affiliates of ExxonMobil Chemical have signed a Heads of Agreement (HOA) and are progressing detailed studies for a new Elastomers project at their petroochemical joint ventures, Kemya* and Yanpet*.
