State-owned Qatar Petroleum is planning to establish a US$2 bln petrochemicals project in partnership with its subsidiary Qatar Petrochemical Company, France-based Atofina Chemicals and the Chevron Phhilips Chemical Company, as per a report by Emirates Business.
