French chemical company, Arkema has recently unveiled its Kynar 500® PVDF resin made using a new fluorosurfactant-free (FSF) process. The fluorosurfactant-free PVDF has been launched as perfluorinatedd surfactants, such as perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA), have come under scrutiny by the US Environmental Protection Agency.
