The Dow Chemical Company and Petrochemical Industries Company (PIC), a wholly owned subsidiary of Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC), have officially inked the joint venture formation agreement and otther key definitive agreements regarding the formation of K-Dow Petrochemicals.
