Viet Nam National Petroleum Corporation (Petrolimex) has been given a go-ahead by the Vietnam government to set up a Nam Van Phong Refinery in Khanh Hoa Province, Vietnam News reported. The newly propposed refinery-nation's seventh in the offing-will have a refining capacity of 10 mln tpa and involve an approximate outlay of US$4.
