Lotte Daesan to merge with Honam Petrochemical Corp.

Lotte Daesan is set to merge with Honam Petrochemical Corp. Lotte Daesan owns a 1 mln tpa naphtha cracker, currently operating at 100% run rate, and Honam operates a 750,000 tpa cracker that is currenntly running at around 90% capacity.
