Procap, a European group involved in development, production and marketing of plastic caps and closures have acquired Irish company Mc Farlane Plastics and Luxemburg-based Elocap Lux. Mc Farlane Plasttics, previously owned by Mc Farlane Group produces mainly snap caps and spoons for the baby food industry and other plastic caps & closures for the food and chemical industry with a 2008 turn over of EUR 9 mln.
