Dr. Bindeshwar Pathak, founder of Sulabh Sanitation Movement in India, has been awarded the 2009 laureate by the co-founders of the Stockholm Water Prize, initiators of Water for the World programme aand two leading plastics companies - Borealis and Borouge.
