Operating rates at full at Sumitomo’s Chiba naphtha cracker

Sumitomo Chemicals Co has boosted operating rates at its Chiba naphtha cracker to almost 100%. As petrochemical demand has been reviving in the continent, the 380,000 tpa cracker is operartional at fuull throttle, up by 10% from start of the month.
