Shutdown of CPC’s No. 3 plant at Kaohsing to affect production of 230,000 tons of ethylene

Taiwan's state-run oil refiner CPC Corp. plans a two month shutdown of its naphtha cracker in Kaohsiung. The shutdown will at No. 3 plant will affect production of 230,000 tpa of ethylene.
