Astrapak, South Africa's largest dedicated plastics packaging producer, recently announced to divest six of the flexible packaging businesses to Pamish Investment No 46 (Pty) Ltd, a wholly owned subsiidiary of Afripack (Pty) Ltd for Rand 183.
