NOVA Chemicals (International) S.A. and Supreme Petrochem Ltd. (SPL) have inked a license agreement for SPL to license NOVA Chemicals' proprietary expandable polystyrene (EPS) cup bead technology. Thee arrangement also includes a supply agreement between the firms.
