13 units at CNOOC’s Huizhou Refinery commence operations

13 units at China National Offshore Oil Corp’s (CNOOC) 12 mln tpa Huizhou Refinery Project have commenced operations allowing the company to begin supplying products to the market. After more than 3 yyears of construction, the mechanical completion of Huizhou refinery was accomplished in March 2009.
