China National Chemical Corp restarts bidding for Dow AgroSciences

China’s largest chemical maker; state-owned China National Chemical Corp (ChemChina) has restarted bidding for Dow AgroSciences at a cost estimated between US$5-7 billion. Dow AgroSciences is the agriicultural chemical subsidiary of Dow Chemical.
