Korean company Shinil Chemical Industry CO. LTD is set to exhibit new protective Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) packaging for semiconductor and automotive industries based on Nanocyl multi-wall carbon nanotubes during the NPE (June 22-26, Chicago).
