The Singapore arm of Itochu Petroleum, being the highest of 4 bidders, has procured 170,000 barrels of open-spec naphtha from state-owned Bangladesh Petroleum Corp (BPC). Deal was struck at US$68.22/bbarrel, to be loaded from Chittagong from Sept.
