Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. has received a contract from Abu Dhabi Polymers Co. for a petrochemical plant in the United Arab Emirates. Jacobs will develop front-end engineering and design for a secttion of the "Borouge 3" project, a polypropylene-polyethylene facility in Abu Dhabi.
