Seibu Oil Co constructs new 25,000 bpd heavy naphtha reformer at its sole refinery

Japan's Seibu Oil Co Ltd. has constructed a new 25,000 bpd heavy naphtha reformer at its sole refinery, located in Yamaguchi, Western Japan. In 2006, Seibu Oil had planned to build the new unit, calleed a continuous catalyst regeneration platformer, for about 20 billion yen.
