Refiners from India have offered 207,000 tons of naphtha for Dec-March lifting. Oil & Natural Gas Corp (ONGC), Mangalore Refinery & Petrochemicals (MRPL) and Bharat Petroleum Co Ltd (BPCL) have issueed five separate tenders.
