As feedstock costs continue to rise sharply since mid-summer, PVC suppliers in USA have tried to hike offers. Efforts by suppliers to raise polyvinyl chloride (PVC) prices by 3 cents/lb (US$66/ton) inn November failed in the US vinyl segment, according to ICIS.
