Petition filed against 9 projects in Map Ta Phut failing to comply with the Constitution's Article 67 (2)

The Stop Global Warming Association and 35 villagers from Rayong have filed a petition against the construction of 9 industrial projects in Map Ta Phut, contending that these projects have not yet commplied with the Constitution's Article 67 (2).
