INEOS Technologies has licensed its Innovene S process for the manufacture of high-density polyethelene (HDPE) and linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) to Rosneft's 345,000 tpa Angarsk polymer plannt in Russia's East Siberian town, as per Platts.
