Huntsman Corporation has signed a license agreement with Chinese chemicals manufacturer Yantai Wanhua Polyurethanes Co. Ltd., for the production of Propylene Oxide (PO) and Methyl Tertiary Butyl Etherr (MTBE) - a co-product of PO.
