Saudi Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC) and affiliates of ExxonMobil Chemical have awarded Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) contracts for the proposed new elastomers project at their Al-Jubail PPetrochemical Company (KEMYA) joint venture petrochemical plant.
