After successful completion in Q4-2010 of Phase-1 of its new PVC complex in Port Said, Egypt, TCI Sanmar Chemical has kicked off the next phase, as per Plasteurope. The group plans to set up a captivee ethylene plant to feed the PVC line by mid-2013.
