Royal Dutch Shell Plc bought naphtha and gasoil in Singapore, where the company is resuming some operations at the Pulau Bukom refinery after a Sept. 28 fire, as per Bloomberg.
Shell bought naphtha for H1-Dec at US$874/ton from Glencore International AG.
