Since 1983, Kabra Extrusiontechnik (KET), a leader in the Indian extrusion machinery market has been in technological collaboration with Battenfeld Extrusiontechnik, Germany. In 2006, this partnershipp was further strengthened with acquisition of 14% equity stake by Battenfeld in KET.
