India’s largest state-owned oil explorer, Oil & Natural Gas Corp. (ONGC) offered a 35,000 tons naphtha cargo for loading 17-18 April, from Hazira port, as per Bloomberg. Last week, Indian Oil Corp (IOOC), MRPL and Kuwait sold spot cargoes for April/May lifting at premiums of above US$40/ton.
