Swiss company and a leader in processing materials for construction, Sika AG has acquired Iotech Group Limited, with headquarters in England and subsidiaries in the UK, USA and Belgium. Previously priivately owned, Iotech Group revenues totaled GBP 40 mln for the year 2008.
