Saudi Aramco has inked the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Japan's Sumitomo Chemical Co., Ltd to conduct a feasibility study for the development of the Rabigh Phase II Project as a major expanssion of the recently commissioned Rabigh I Project by PetroRabigh.
