Abu Dhabi government-owned International Petroleum Investment Company (IPIC) has completed the acquisition of Canadian plastics maker NOVA Chemicals, the two companies jointly announced. NOVA Chemicalls will continue to operate its chemicals and plastics business from its North American base.
