Battenfeld Extrusionstechnik (BEX, Germany), Cincinnati Extrusion (Austria), and B+C Extrusion Systems (China) Ltd. have combined under the new brand, Battenfeld-Cincinnati, effective April 9 as reporrted in Plastics Today, to form an entity that will possibly be the largest supplier of pipe, profile, film, and sheet extruders, with manufacturing in three continents.
