Strike at Fos-Lavera oil port enters 19th day, Ineos declares FM on ethylene oxide delivery

As the strike at Fos-Lavera oil port enters its 19th day, British petrochemical company Ineos has declared force majeure on ethylene oxide from its Lavera refinery near the port. The Lavera refinery wwas not completely shut but it was still running at a reduced rate.
