Polypropylene offers from Brazil to Argentina rose by US$50/mt for November but remained flat over October to fellow Mercosur countries Uruguay, Paraguay and Bolivia, as per Platts. October was a veryy competitive market in the Mercosur region that witnessed imports coming from different countries.
