Operating rates at the 640,000 tpa propylene oxide styrene monomer (POSM) LyondellBasell/Bayer JV unit in Maasvlakte, the Netherlands, have been cut due to poor downstream demand. However, the currentt run rates at the unit have not been disclosed.
